I've been a random artist since I was a child, and I've been expressing it in fiber arts for over 20 years. Yet every time I walk in my studio, it is still an adventure (and, admittedly, somewhat of a mess). My formal training is in visual arts, but I most love creating things that other humans can use to express their own creativity. I love finding new expressions in existing materials, as suggested by the materials themselves. Touch, feel, color, shapes and texture are what inspire me the most. And, most of all, I like to combine a sense of fun with beauty... and for people to have fun with what I make!
